Here at Fiona Cairns, we believe that every occasion is worth celebrating. Four decades ago, Fiona made a batch of miniature fruit cakes for friends one Christmas at the kitchen table and from there the business grew. Being a trained graphic designer and pastry chef, she was able to craft the most beautifully delicious cakes, including the Royal Wedding cake in 2011, probably the team’s most famous creation of all. We’ve always maintained the same hands-on, small-scale methods with all cakes and biscuits being hand finished. Our team use only the finest ingredients to handcraft the irresistible taste of our light golden sponge, buttery shortbread and rich chocolate fairy cakes.
